The Device Manager shows only Bluetooth USB and Bluesoleil Generic Bluetooth Driver installed and no other platform and it does not show any 'Bluetooth icon' on the Task Bar or anywhere else on the laptop.

- Verify that the USB dongle is not plugged in.
- Run Install /b (install USB), or select USB from the Install GUI.
- Insert dongle when prompted.
- {Pre-Vista systems) Let the 'Add New Hardware Wizard' run.
- If any problems occur, view the log file [kl2log.htm] for details. It's located in the same directory as the install.exe.
